An artisanal Indian single malt from Alwar, Rajasthan. Distilled from locally grown six-row barley, matured in desert heat, and finished in casks shaped by Indian botanicals. Named for the Great Indian Bustard—the godawan—and built around craft, place, and conservation.

This is whisky with provenance. We bring that story, and that liquid, to Canada.
